How to become a patient
Each patient must register with the receptionist on the clinic level,
entering through the main clinic entrance on Sacramento Street. Registration begins at
8:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. on a first-come, first-served basis. To register, the patient is
asked to fill out a demographic slip, answer all questions on the health history form, and
fill out other information papers.
The patient is asked to be seated in the reception room. A student
dentist will call the patient as soon as possible for evaluation and treatment.
Fees and Payment Plans
The fees
will vary depending on the procedure. The Emergency Clinic is a fee-for-service clinic.
Patients may pay at the time of service with cash, check, credit card, or Denti-Cal. There
are no billing or contract arrangements. |
