




The American Dental Education Association held its Annual Session and Exhibition in Phoenix, Arizona this year.

Dugoni School faculty and students reaped a number of awards and honors last weekend at the American Dental Education Association's Annual Session and Exhibition held March 14-18, 2009 in Phoenix, AZ. The honorees were:
"I was pleased to see so many of our faculty, staff and students engaged at the meeting, both as participants in the various conferences, as well as actual presenters," said Dean Patrick J. Ferrillo, Jr. "It was also great seeing so many people from the Dugoni School community receiving awards."
The ADEA's mission is to lead individuals and institutions of the dental education community to address contemporary issues influencing education, research and the delivery of oral health care for the health of the public. The organization's activities encompass a wide range of research, advocacy, faculty development, meetings and publications including the esteemed Journal of Dental Education, as well as the dental school admissions services AADSAS and PASS.
