CE Registration

There are five ways to register for our continuing education programs:

1. Online — use our online registration form and save $10
2. By mail — if you want to pay by check, fill out the online form, print it out and send it along with your payment to:

3. By fax — fax your registration form to us at 415.749.3334
4. By phone — call 415.929.6486
5. Walk-in — you may drop off your registration at the dental school at 2155 Webster Street, Suite 407, San Francisco.

Payment Methods

We accept cash, checks, Visa, or MasterCard. All checks should be made payable to University of the Pacific.

Limited Enrollment

Due to limited enrollment, early registration is encouraged for all programs. Registrations are processed in the order in which they are received. If a limited enrollment course is already filled, you may request your name be placed on a particular course's or study club's waiting list. However, this does not guarantee you a space in the following year's program. Upon receipt of your application and tuition/deposit, confirmation of your registration will be mailed to you.

Workshops & Study Club Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required for registering in any limited enrollment workshop or study club, unless otherwise noted. The balance will be due at the time of the first meeting.
